ESTABLISH YOUR ROUTINE
First and foremost, Meditation should not feel like a chore. Choose a time of day that works best for you, and try to engage in a 5-10 minute Guided Meditation if you're a beginner. The goal is to create your own self-care routine, not add to the stress of yet another commitment. For instance, if you're a morning person, try meditation for 5-10 minutes when you first wake up. Or perhaps you'd prefer to unwind on our evening commute? Tune in to a meditation right in your car!

Once you've established your routine, forget any preconceived notions about meditation as an intimidating practice of deep contemplation or introspection. Instead, your single goal is to return your mind to a state of mental calmness and peace.
Remember, you already know how to breathe—it’s part of your standard packaging! Just remind yourself to do it at the same time every day. When you take a deep breath and slowly let it out, that’s meditation. Go from there.
